A little while ago, we tried to spruce up our dining room. I found this help article describing how you can give your wall a parchment look. It didn’t quite work for us — I think we tried to improvise a little too much!

Did you use the same colors they recommended? The contrast of the colors seems wider.

No, we didn’t use the same colors. We just used colors we already had in the other room. The other mistake we did was that we didn’t use the Latex glaze.

I thought those colors looked familiar. What are your plans? Work with it? Re-do it? You might be able to hang just the right something on it that would make it work.
